What is BAB NYC?
bab is a mindful movement studio that combines barre, strength training, yoga,
and breathwork to support women through every season of life — from pregnancy to
postnatal, from stillness to strength.
Can I take class if I never did ballet?
Our method combines Pilates, ballet fitness, and strength training, these are not
regular ballet classes.
Are there classes for beginners?
Yes, with modifications and guidance from certified coaches.
Do you accept men?
Yes, men can join Yoga, stretch & recovery, BABy and Mom/Dad classes. Other
classes are designed for female hormonal health.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel at least 5h in advance → class credited; late cancellations count as attended.
Can I try a class for free?
Absolutely, first class with us is on the house.
