injuries, and slow muscle loss, this class empowers seniors to move safely and
confidently while enjoying a mindful, engaging practice.

Sculpt Body
Sculpt Body is a 45-minute strength training class designed for women—mixing
weights, resistance bands, and hormone-smart programming to build power,
endurance, and curves. Led by Master Coach Abigail Martinez, it’s science-based,
rhythm-driven, and community-powered.
BABy and Mom
A 45-minute postnatal class (from 6 weeks postpartum) blending barre, yoga, and
recovery training—designed to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, restore posture,
and nurture bonding with your baby or toddler (up to 2 years old).
Meditation and Breathwork
A 30-minute sauna meditation class blending breathwork, light therapy, and guided
mindfulness—designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and restore balance in
an intimate setting (max 8 participants).
Yoga Prenatal
A 45-minute prenatal yoga class for all trimesters—blending gentle flows,
