bab nyc is a Mindful Movement Studio in New York City. Created by women, for women.

Our signature method blends ballet fitness, strength training, and science-based Mind & Motion practices, uniquely designed to adapt to women’s hormonal cycles and life stages.

Through Phase-Smart Training, we help women train in harmony with their bodies. Building strength, restoring balance, and embracing every season of womanhood as a source of power. From adolescence to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and hormonally suppressed cycles (whether due to birth control or other medical reasons), bab supports every stage with intelligent and intentional movement.

At bab, movement is more than fitness: it’s connection, empowerment, and science working in service of the female body.

Every class is designed to nurture strength, mobility, and self-awareness, building a sustainable and compassionate relationship with fitness and wellness.
